(2)(c) There was an iPad charging cord accessible to the children in Preschool B, there was a pencil sharpener and radio cord accessible to the children in Pre-K 1, and a radio cord accessible to the children in Toddler B. (2)(d) There were plastic bags accessible to the children in the bathroom of Discovery Preschool. There were gloves accessible to the children in Pre-A, Preschool B, and in a drawer that was accessible to the children in Pre-K 2. (3)(a) There was a pair of adult scissors in a drawer that was unlocked and accessible to the children in Pre-K 2. (3)(g) The dresser drawers in Infant B had flaking paint and were chipping, the play structure in the playground to the right of the building has chipping paint towards the top, and the gate posts and parts of the gates in the playground to the left of the building, the playground behind the building (and to the right) and the playground to the right of the building had chipping paint as well.
